Digital & Innovation

In the face of strategic issues resulting from the dematerialisation of transactions, technological innovation, the increasing place of digitalisation, the establishment of IT systems, and the correlated ballooning of regulations, public and private organisations are now required, more than ever, to make use of specialised expertise.

The Digital & Innovation department is exclusively focused on legal matters associated with information technology.

The Digital & Innovation department's ADN lies in its ability to comprehend and legally qualify an often complex technical and operational reality. To this effect, the team has dedicated tools and methods that it applies in the service of its clients.

Moreover, each lawyer in the department has gained years of experience in IT consulting and services companies or legal expertise firms that are among the leaders in the market. The presence of bilingual and trilingual lawyers in the department is an undeniable asset that enables the team to represent and assist its clients both in France and abroad, on international projects or disputes.

In terms of number and experience, the team is considered one of the most importance in this area of law. It is regularly involved in regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, health care, and government. It therefore brings sector-specific expertise to its legal competencies, such expertise being recognised by the leading expert publications.

The Digital & Innovation department of Courtois Lebel is directed by Cédric Frenel and includes two associates.
