Aurélie Kamali-Dolatabadi advises and litigates in all areas of employment law, both in terms of counseling and litigation, whether it concerns restructuring and company transfers or issues involving individual and collective labour relations, employee savings schemes or social protection. She also advises on labour criminal law.
Aurélie Kamali-Dolatabadi began her career with De Pardieu, Brocas, Maffei, then within Anglo-Saxon law firms such as Ashurst and Latham & Watkins where she worked for French and international groups. She then collaborated with the firm, De Gaulle Fleurance et Associés, then headed the social department at Fuchs Cohana Reboul et associés and Cohen Amir-Aslani, before joining the firm Courtois Lebel.
Aurélie is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and holds a DEA in Social and Trade Union Law and a Magistère in Social Law from the University of Paris X, Nanterre.
